Artwork submission
Once you place an order, please send your artwork to info@incident-zero.com and specify which projector this is for. Once your artwork is approved, our custom projection discs take approximately four weeks to be produced.
Shipping and delivery
All products will be shipped within 3–5 working days. Delivery usually takes between 2–6 working days for domestic shipping and more than 5 working days for international shipping. Read our shipping policy here.
