Processing and Handling

All products will be shipped within 3-5 working days for in-stock items. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information (if these are available for the shipping service).

Domestic Shipping

  • For orders within Australia, we offer the Parcel Post service offered by Australia Post as well as the Road Express service offered by TNT.

  • Packages shipped via the Parcel Post service typically arrive 2–6 business days after despatch. This service includes tracking but insurance is not included.

  • Packages shipped via the Road Express service typically arrive 2–7 business days after despatch. This service includes tracking but insurance is not included.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • Please ensure that you double-check your billing and shipping addresses when placing an order as we are unable to redirect packages once they are despatched.

International Shipping

  • If you are an overseas customer, please contact us for a shipping quote first.

  • For international orders, we offer the standard services by DHL and Fedex.

  • International orders typically arrive approximately 5 or more business days after despatch. Tracking is included, but insurance is not included.

  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. To request a refund, please email info@incident-zero.com with your order number, and we will respond with instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us (in its original packaging). Once we have received and inspected your item, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days as long as it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns that appear to have been used, opened or where the original packaging is missing.
