BEHIND THE SCENES

Come take a look behind the scenes at our product shoot in Riverstone, Sydney. In collaboration with The Good Egg Studio, which features the largest full-egg cyclorama studio in Australia, we photographed our signature products, the Laser Safety Halo and the LED Safety Halo, on a range of heavy machinery, including a fifteen-tonne front-end loader, an excavator, a skid steer, a telescopic handler, a knuckle boom, and an articulated dump truck.

Our two-day product shoot took place at The Good Egg Studio in Riverstone—a studio that houses the largest full-egg cyclorama studio in Australia. We began early in the morning each day, fuelled by coffee and bacon and egg rolls, and adhered to a tight schedule that had been determined in advance by our art director.

On the first day, our videographer, Jason, was on site to shoot an installation video. He collaborated well with the team to capture a step-by-step demonstration of how our Safety Halo™ system is installed and integrated with the heavy machinery. This added a practical dimension to the project, showing potential customers the ease and importance of proper installation.

As the shoot progressed, our CEO was on site to help move each of the machines into the cyclorama. Under the careful watch of our art director, each machine was meticulously positioned to showcase their size, form, and functionality, creating a dynamic backdrop for our Safety Halo products. The front-end loader proved to be the most challenging to manoeuvre into the cyclorama, but with the assistance of an experienced mechanic down the road from the studio, we managed to get the fifteen-tonne machine into place.

For each machine, our art director and our photographer, Richard, worked together to capture three angles that showcased the scale of the machinery alongside the bright, sharp lines projected by the Laser Safety Halo and the LED Safety Halo.

The teamwork over the two days of the shoot was seamless, with even Chris from The Good Egg assisting us along the way by giving us machine-handling tips and helping to clean the white floor in the cyclorama after each machine was driven in. (He even had a go at driving the knuckle boom!)

Thanks to everyone for their contributions, and we look forward to collaborating with the team again for the next photo shoot.
